Cancellation policy

Orders may only be canceled before production begins. Because many of our products are made to order, we begin processing orders shortly after they are placed.

Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, cancellations are not guaranteed.

If your cancellation request is approved before production begins, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
